  • Company name, country/region, product requirements and technical conditions you enter in the inquiry form.

  • Period: from the time you submit an inquiry until the purpose ends or for as long as needed for our business relationship, or longer where the law requires.
  • Area: Taiwan (R.O.C.) and any region where we provide quotations or services to you.

Under Article 3 of the PDPA, you may ask us to:

  • provide a copy
  • supplement or correct it

  • delete it

6. If you do not provide data

Providing personal data is voluntary. However, if the required fields of the inquiry form are left blank, we will not be able to respond to your inquiry.

7. Cookies and third-party services

  • This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
  • Fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser downloads them from Google's servers.
  • If spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled on the inquiry form, Cloudflare processes necessary browser information to detect automated submissions.

All traffic to this website is encrypted with HTTPS. Inquiry data is stored on servers managed by us and is accessible only to authorized staff.
