Design conditions, applicable code and delivery are confirmed.
Drawings issued by Engineering and approved by the customer and inspector.
Incoming inspection and traceability of plate, pipe and fittings.
Cutting, plate rolling and head forming.
Fit-up and welding of shell, heads and nozzles.
NDT of welds as required by code.
Performed where the design requires.
Hydrostatic or pneumatic test to verify pressure integrity.
Polishing, pickling, painting and cleaning.
Installation of valves, instruments and accessories.
Final check of dimensions, finish and documentation.
Packed, secured and shipped.
